Delivery

International Shipping

  • Upon the order request, the goods will be shipped to Hong Kong from Korea by Air shipment 

Local Delivery

  • Once the goods arrives Hong Kong, the customs clearance will proceed and deliver them to the consolidation area.
  • From the consolidation area, the goods will be delivered separately to the customer by SF express, Pickupp or any other local delivery agent.

ORDER CANCELATION

  • We do not offer the free cancelation as the goods will be shipped to the airport immediatly for the express delivery.
  • If the order should be canceled, the customer should arrange and pay for the delivery fee to our warehouse in Hong Kong.

RETURN

  • The goods can be returned only uppon our confirmation.

REFUND

  • Full/Partial refund processing time is 7-14 workiing days by ThePlace.

  • Day 10-12 : You can track your order at real time with the tracking No. that we gave you by Whatsapp
  • Day 13-14 : You finally receive the goods !

  • Once the goods arrives to HK, we will send you the notification message with Local Tracking No. by Whatsapp.

Exchanges

Exchange Process

  • The customer can request for exchange only in case of below situation

Exchange Acceptable only if..

  • The goods are defected or damaged when it’s arrival
  • Exchange request should be made in 7days upon the goods receipt

Exchange Not Acceptable if..

  • Order has been made by Mistake (size, color, etc )
  • 7 days past after the receipt of goods
  • The packing or goods is opened/damaged/used
